lovely cottage in lovely rural location, with easy access to Emsworth.
Lack of heating when it was -1degrees and not any useful help to resolve. The main radiator in the lounge didn’t work at all.
as previous comments door lock hard to open, old cobwebs still there.
lack of manuals to assist using heating, microwave etc.

Nice cottage and location, we had everything we needed.
Carpets really dirty as were sofa and chairs, table cloth felt tacky, banister dirty, bathroom had no window covering, it was frosted but when light was on there was no privacy as people in and out next door, felt invasive. the single beds were tiny.
