Step inside and you'll find a well equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. Guests also have access to a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.
To the rear of the cottage is a delightful south facing sitting room overlooking the pretty courtyard garden. This bright and comfortable space offers relaxed seating and a dining table for up to five guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals together after a day exploring the local area. Alternatively, take advantage of the excellent range of takeaway options available just a short stroll away.
Upstairs, the cottage offers three bedrooms. The principal double bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. There is a second double bedroom and a single bedroom, both served by the family shower room.
Outside, the south facing courtyard garden provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening sunshine.
Please note that Apple Cottage does not have private parking. However, free parking is available just a short walk away on Bridge Road car park, with additional pay-and-display car parks nearby.

Apple Cottage is located in the centre of Emsworth, a picturesque harbourside village on the Hampshire and West Sussex border. From the front door, you can stroll to the shoreline and take a scenic walk around the Mill Pond within minutes.
Emsworth is renowned for its thriving independent businesses, including bakery, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and shops. For a memorable dining experience, Fat Olives is a local favourite, while The King's Arms is ideal for relaxed meals and traditional Sunday lunches.
For those looking to get out on the water, kayak hire is available from the marina, and seal-watching boat trips operate from nearby Hayling Island.
