Colonial House

Everything. Central and relatively quiet location. Spacious and clean bedroom. Great A/C. Beautiful furniture. Nice bathroom with a good shower that doesn’t cause the entire bathroom to flood. Nice lady that helps you with everything you need in the house. WiFi doesn’t work well in the room but they offered us a separate router to put in our bedroom (much appreciated). The owner is the sweetest man. He lives in Colombo but we were lucky to meet him and he made our day by telling us stories about the house and life in Sri Lanka, always with a smile. Wish him and his family in Colombo all the best.

L’hôte et sa famille sont adorables et très disponible ! La chambre est parfaite, très propre, moustiquaire + ventilo + clim, que demandez de mieux ? Situé à 5 mins à pieds de la station de bus et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage (400mètres) Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Very friendly and welcoming family! Right after our arrival we were invited to a dinner with the host. The owner did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For example the whale watching tour was very well organized. This was our sixth stay while travelling through Sri Lanka and it was the cleanest! The beach is in short walk distance (5 min).
