Center Point Villa Unawatuna

We liked the location of Centerpoint Villa relative to jungle beach and the Japanese peace pagoda, both within walking distance. The walk to town was a bit farther but very doable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and made us a delicious breakfast!

We had some issue with tiny bugs everywhere in our room & bed but the staff was able to change our sheets right away. The kitchen and shower were fine but maybe a bit dated.

Tutto perfetto!

This was my second time staying at Center Point Villa in two years. The location is amazing and feels like a jungle escape. It is a short walk to two different beaches and also to the main attractions in Unawatuna. The breakfast was so good and for a fair price, an amazing dinner can be prepared for guests. The villa is lovely, but it’s the owner and his family that are the main reason I returned. Dinesh and his family are so caring and supportive. I had a minor medical issue and Dinesh drove me to the hospital and waited for me to receive treatment. He didn’t ask for anything in return and just wanted to help. To me, that is going above and beyond expectations. I will definitely return for a third visit in the future.

Nothing

I absolutely loved my stay here! It's a bit far from the main street, but I love that it's a quiet and peaceful area. There are a few nice restaurants nearby, too. The room was spacious and comfy. I would have loved to stay longer.
