First and foremost - family that hosted us and the food that was made.They treat you like one of their own ;) Logistically the property is close enough to the beach but still far enough to be between rice fields and the jungle. It is quiet, rich of wildlife and authentic Sri Lankan experiences. There is also a beautiful garden area so you can spend time and observe nature around you.

Just sometimes there were wifi problems but you are in the middle of a jungle so what do you expect?! Other than that it was perfect.

Given the price and peace, it's hard to complain :)) I'd say go here if you want to actually just be in the ocean and the space, and connect to yourself through nature. No parties in this zone, just good lovely sleep and rising to nature's calls.

I had a wonderful stay in this house. It’s an extremely peaceful place, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The house is comfortable, clean, and very well maintained!!! The family taking care of the placethey are incredibly kind & warm
