The property is very convenient to beach and area fun. The plus of this condo is being on first floor and not waiting on the very slow elevators. The down side is it only has 2 chairs at dining table and is one is glued together (it has 2 bar stools but not enough dining for 6 people). During our stay the theater was unavailable (unsure why) and a walking through to pool area from Tidewater lobby reeked of stopped up sewer.

We had a good stay for the most part. The sheets did not look to be fully clean, but the place itself was clean. The elevators are horrid which would probably deter me from this property again. Also, people drive like teenagers in the parking garage and no one is monitoring it. A truck launched itself up the ramp towards us as we are walking to the door with my kids. Nice place but not too nice with kids.

Property had a great location, the elevators are very slow and not enough to accommodate all 30 floors. Our room was not very clean, hair in the showers and counter tops to very clean. Floors and paint need updating.
