About this apartment rental
This amazing beachfront condo has TWO LEVELS. It has two bedrooms and is located at the Tidewater Beach Resort. It is on the FIRST (not ground) FLOOR close to the lobby. This absolutely one-of-a-kind condo has two floors are separated by a SPIRAL STAIRCASE. The lower floor has a living room, kitchen with dining counter, laundry room, full bathroom, 2 bunk beds, queen sofa, and huge plate glass window. The upper floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second full bathroom in the second bedroom. A large balcony with six chairs and a table is located on the second level. It provides a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf. (There is no balcony access on the lower floor.) A separate laundry room with washer/dryer combo is located on the first level. This condo is perfect for a family of six.
IMPORTANT! The second floor is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, so this condo is NOT AVAILABLE for the disabled or children under 3.
Family friendly! A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. External video surveillance is in use.
SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any trace of smoking in the condo will result in a $250 Damage charge.
PETS (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) ARE PROHIBITED and carry a $250 per day charge.

1. Renter must be at least 25 of age and occupy the unit. Renter may NOT book the property on behalf of any other individual or organization.
2. Renter must provide a clear Driver's License photo along with full names and ages of all guests directly to the owner within 24 hours of booking, even when using Instant Booking or any other online service. The renter must also provide ID to Security at check-in and be present on the property during entire stay.
3. Phone confirmation for all reservations is mandatory - no exceptions.
4. IMPORTANT! The renter must register separately with the resort to purchase the required garage parking pass(es) and special Radio Frequency (RF) security bands. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles are allowed, but golf carts are prohibited. The total cost per week (not day) is only approximately $45. Summer Bookings during June through early August are generally by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Second- or third-party bookings are prohibited. Full payment is required at time of booking.
Guests must follow all of the house rules. Any violation of the provided contract, damage to the condo, or theft will result in a Damage Charge being added to the original payment.
This family-friendly resort has two huge outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, an arcade, a seasonal Tiki bar, a small convenience store, Waves restaurant and bar, an indoor movie theater, a charcoal grilling area, a huge well-equipped fitness center, and an attached 5-story parking garage.
Tidewater is only a 16-minute walk to the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment area boasting a mix of dining, retail and event opportunities. Frank Brown Recreation Complex and Bessant Park are also located close by.

This was the perfect property for our family to stay during a weeklong softball tournament. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The views of the beach are amazing. This is a two-story condo and the bedrooms are up a spiral staircase, so you would need to be able to get up and down the stairs. Obviously that was not an issue for us. I don’t think they advertise it heavily, but there are bunkbeds on the lower level, which could easily hold a couple of kids or small adults. It’s nice that the condo is on the first floor (not ground floor) so that it’s elevated above the beach a little bit for the views, but we could easily walk up and down a flight of stairs to get to Parking or the ground level as opposed to waiting for the elevators. The hosts were first class and were very thorough in their communication and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We didn’t have any issues, but I got the sense they would be extremely responsive if we did. We spent so much time at the softball fields that we didn’t get to enjoy a lot of the amenities, but everything looked nice and well kept. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a Panama City Beach trip!

Ernest was extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was great. He offered many suggestions for area attractions. Always made it known they were available for any needs. Made extra effort to accommodate us for additional day and guests. Check in and out was detailed and spot on. Condo was nice. View for fireworks amazing. Only negative was balcony only accessible from one bedroom and upstairs bathroom was only accessible from other bedroom. Not practical if looking for privacy but did not hinder our visit.

I will say most frustration and issues are with tidewater themselves not the unit or owners. However we did have a mix up upon check in after confirming an early check in we arrived with room not ready and shower curtains needed changed, beds weren’t made yet, etc. We had already entered the room after thinking it was done so it was a little uncomfortable for owner and us but thankful for early check in. We were upset when we found someone else’s underwear behind brown trunk by stairs I threw them away. The condo is otherwise as advertised. Stairs were narrow to get large luggage up unfortunately. It did kind of wear us out! Thankfully we were on first floor only one set because elevators were down all week again. It’s unfortunate this nicer condo and good people are with tidewater because there HOA and regulations will continue to run business out of this place. Google the reviews onTidewater and you will see. We were harrassed all week trying to relax on the beach and they do this all week to all of there guests. We were really upset. We have never had this experience elsewhere in pcb or Destin in many years! The location is good, and room and view though are as advertised.
