I got a private room with bathroom. Everything was super clean, I loved that.
Only thing for improvement is to have a trash can either in the room or the bathroom, especially when the guest is a female.

Private rooms with A/C. Easy check-in and check-out at any time during the day/night
The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours if they are loud. wasn't a problem for me though thanks to respectful & quiet neighbours

The guesthouse was clean and overall a decent place to stay
Basic services were not provided proactively, so you had to ask for everything, including room cleaning, paper towels, and water. The beds were acceptable, though the spring mattresses were not the most comfortable.
