Nice room with the good natural sunlight at a day time.It’s quiet at night based on the location.

The hotel was clean and the room was decent, although not spectacular. We were upgraded to a costlier room (we had to pay extra of course) and the room was overall comfortable and spacious. The location was average, a bit far from the metro stations. I guess this is good enough for a 1 day's stay.
Many staff were not very friendly (some were though). More importantly, they barely spoke English (some did not even try). I wonder how they cater to so many tourists coming from abroad. No electrical kettle in the room - so in the monrning it gets very difficult to make tea/coffee (this may be for only those who have to have a hot beverage in the morning).
