    Conveniently located near Banglamphu (but across a canal that provides a buffer from crazy Khao San). Area boasts several hostels, restaurants, cafes, a laundry and weed store. Rooms are clean, quiet and well-maintained. Simply-furnished with all the basics. Aircon keeps things cool but wifi is weak. Overall seems like decent value for a mid-level stay in a historic hood.

    Lovely and spacious suite with a entrance area to front with sofa. Around 10 min walk to Khosan rd with a few restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Downside is that the suite is situated facing a road which is very noisy with the loud tuk tuks that often pass through not to mention guests from the near by hostels, who one particularly person seem to be out all day and night drinking smoking and chatting during our whole 4 night stay. Would stay but not in this suite due to the noise.

    The property is in the hostel area which I did not realise when I booked however the location waa good. The rooms could be better if the walls were cleaned or painted. The staff and owner were very friendly.
