Terrible

The property smelled of mold terribly. When I contacted the property owner she ignored me. Then she cancelled the reservation after we checked in saying we didn't show so that we couldn't leave a review. Stay away!!

Highly recommended

The apartment is in a quiet, residential area but close to the lake (7 minute walk). It hat two terraces on opposite sides, one with lake view. We found it exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The fotos are accurate. Lora welcomed us with food and drinks and answered all our questions very quickly. We hope to come back another time.

Luca's house is perfect for entertaining and staying with the family. There were 5 of us (four adults and a child) and everyone had a comfortable and cozy private space. The apartment is smartly divided, and includes: 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a balcony overlooking the lake, an inner courtyard and more. We were lucky, because the place that just opened, looks new, decorated and very clean. Laura (the owner of the place) was very helpful, pleasant and helped us with every question and request. The location of the property is excellent - located a few minutes drive from the cruise station to the town of Bellagio. Half an hour from Mangio. One hour from Lugano, half an hour from the town of Como, fifteen minutes from Villa Balbianello...

Beautiful views and excellent accommodation

The accommodation is beautiful. The attention to detail is 2nd to none. The accommodation is cleverly converted - you enter into the kitchen lounge space, and to your left there is a lounge with sofa bed and a spiral staircase leading to a beautiful ensuite bedroom. And to your right hand side there is a lounge area with balcony and pull-out sofa bed and a metal staircase leading to a second double room with toilet and sink. The two bedrooms are accessible across a outdoor terrace. Perfect for two families travelling together. We didn’t have a car so appreciated drinks, snacks, washing up liquid and toiletries were provided. Everything we needed had been thought off. Communication was brilliant and we felt really at home.

Wi-Fi was poor. We were lucky if we got one hour a day. If you have teenagers or need to work, we recommend the Lido. We didn’t have a car. The location is steep and you need to have a good level of fitness to access the property and get about. I wish we had known about the C10 bus which would’ve given us a little more freedom(which we discovered at the end) There are not many options close by. The views in Como are incredible and the area around is steep. Bring your trainers! You don’t see a lot of taxis around, so if you need one I suggest booking. We got a taxi from Como train station - The bus is much cheaper but drops you off at the bottom of the hill. It would be a steep walk with luggage up to the property.

Great location, comfortable, stylish and modern house.

The location was great with a view of the lake. The furnishings were stylish and of high quality. The bathrooms are modern and beautiful, the towels and bed linen were of very good quality.

Garbage re-placement was a bit complicated. The WIFI did not always work properly. The dishwasher sometime was missing.

Perfect location…perfect view…perfect house!

This house was beautifully designed and decorated. The spit floorplan was perfect for families. The house was exceptionally clean. The view was amazing. Parking was just steps away. Beach and boat rental at the bottom of the hill. A restaurant and cafe a few minute’s walk. Ferry terminal and grocery store is a short drive.

Colazione soddisfacente, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno prolungato, abbiamo trovato bevande, caffè, tè e biscotti tutto gratuito. La casa è più spaziosa di quanto mi aspettassi e la vista sul lago una favola. La pulizia ottima e la biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità. Letto molto carino e comodo.

Huisdiervriendelijk verblijf met grote schaduwrijke tuin en zwembad.

Vriendelijke ontvangst; zeer huisdiervriendelijk. We waren met 2 honden en dat was geen probleem. Ontbijt was ook uitstekend.

Fantastisch verblijf

Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Schitterende slaapkamers. Huis van veel gemakken voorzien. Ligging tov dorp gunstig. Speeltuin heel dichtbij, dus ideaal met kleine kinderen. En dichtbij Lenno voor supermarkt, veerboot en geweldige ijssalon. Lora is geweldige gastvrouw. Bij aankomst stond water, koekjes, bier klaar. En extra speelgoed voor onze kinderen. En verder goede communicatie.

De 2e woonkamer is een beetje muffig/vochtig door het (schitterende) stenen plafond. Maar we gebruikte die kamer ook weinig dus geen last van.
