Groot huis, mooi groot terras. Uitzicht fantastisch.
Bedden vrij hard. Basis mag beter als je zo’n duur huis boekt. Bijvoorbeeld een keukenset klaarleggen, toiletpapier in ieder toilet als je aankomt, zeeppompjes vullen met zeep i.p.v. water. Zwembad is flinke klim omhoog, maar lekker! Tuin bij zwembad niet onderhouden.

Vue imprenable sur le lac. Très gros point fort du logement.
Lieu calme et reposant.
Accès aisé au spa et réservation facile.
Parking privé 2 places.
L’hôte est facilement joignable.
Wifi très efficace
Certains lits inconfortables.
Une des salles de bains sentait les égouts.
Le spa manquait un peu d’entretien (nid de fourmis)

Vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Côme et terrasse très agréable
La maison est spacieuse sur 3 niveaux avec de grandes chambres et salles de bains à chaque niveau
Pour la piscine/sauna/jacuzzi, des créneaux horaires d'1h30 sont à réserver et cela permet d'avoir l'espace entier pour soi. Quand on est 10 c'est appréciable ! Cela demande toutefois de l'anticipation dans le choix des créneaux.
Le logement était très propre et bien équipé.
Un garage couvert et sécurisé permet d'y entrer 2 véhicules
La décoration est un peu impersonnelle et mériterait d'être un peu plus chaleureuse

The view from the Terrace of the lake is amazing and the selling point of the Villa. Mattio is an excellent host. Room sizes are generous with plenty of space. The Spa was lovely to use. Great butchers in the town and bakery but only open in morning.
No air conditioning downstairs temperature registered 27. Beds were like boards. Not enough kitchen items for 10 people. Blunt knife’s toaster and everything was sized for 4 not 10 persons. The whole Villa felt cheaply decorated and could do with a little upgrade and some personal touches. Water on arrival would have been nice the supermarket is a good 10 minutes drive so a car is a must.
