Group Retreat on Terramar Beach with BBQ-Ready Patio

Everything about the property is perfect. It’s steps from the beach and the view is beautiful. It’s my second year staying there and as long as it’s open that’s where I’ll stay. The property manager Juanita is so awesome. An absolute angle. She is without a doubt the best at what she does. We’re so lucky to have work our rental.

There is nothing to not like. There’s good food around. It’s a 20 minute drive to Kroger or Walmart and anything else you could possibly need. The back deck has the best views of the water. It’s literally a two minute walk to the ocean!!!

The location is everything and the support from the host is top notch! Everything was stocked, relatively clean, and everything we needed, was provided!

We woke up sweating every night due to the air system not cooling the back rooms well, stayed there two months prior and did not have that problem so probably just the time of the year. I made it known at approx 4-5pm and the host got maintenance(also very nice) out there around lunch the next day. The floors could’ve been a little cleaner, could definitely tell an animal had stayed there recently with how much hair we tracked on our get and on the couches.

The location is amazing! The price is good. They have everything you need.

First night, bugs in the beds. They said it wasn't bed bugs, more like Beatles. The washer had mold, I had to run it a few times to get it cleaned. The vent hood is making a loud noise. The house runs warm during the day.
