It’s time for a trip to Galveston’s best Sandbox! Enjoy a covered deck, open floor plan, expansive ground level patio and easy access to the beach at this updated beachfront home. Easily accommodate 8 people and up to 2 pups!

Walk in, and the wall of windows greets you with Gulf views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A deep sectional sofa invites you to sit back and relax with your loved ones in comfort. The family chef has plenty of room to work in the fully-equipped kitchen. The stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils make meal prep easy. Dine together at the table for 5 and breakfast bar for 4.

All of the rooms are conveniently located on a single level at this beach house, including the bedrooms. Enjoy lazy mornings in and your own space to unwind at night. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom. Down the hall you’ll find a bunk bedroom, full bath, and closet with a full-size washer/dryer for laundry days.

Lounge on the deck and take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The ground level patio is your own personal paradise, complete with a tiki bar and sitting area. Relax your worries away with your favorite drink in hand while the pups run around the fenced yard. When you’re ready for the beach, walk down the cleared path and hit the waves!

Need more outdoor fun? When you stay at Sea Isle homes, you can purchase a seasonal pass to the neighborhood pool or request a key with a refundable deposit to fish on the pier!

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

Pros: Nice property for a single family. It’s located directly on the beach and at a good location. This property isn’t directly adjacent to any of the public access areas which means your beachfront is likely an uninterrupted view. It was affordable due to the smaller property size and for a smaller family there was still very adequate room. Very clean property and my cleanliness expectations are quite high. Beds/mattresses were nice and were comfortable. The deck is fully covered which leaves a good opportunity to sit outside during the afternoon sun.Cons:The only item I wish was different is that the mop/buckets are stored directly next to washer/dryer and covered only by a curtain. This was difficult to keep my young child away from. Some other small items to note: Second bathroom adjoining to the primary is narrow for the enclosed toilet and shower area. There is a property directly behind this one so they may be on their deck as you’re walking to/from the beach. I believe the beach access is shared but we never ran into the neighbors.

We really enjoyed this stay. We liked that is was a little further out from the city on a busy holiday weekend. There is a great deck on the top and bottom floor where were spent a lot of time watching our children play and chatting. It felt as private as you can be on a public beach. The house had all the proper tools we needed to make meals and was very clean. I also thought the bed was very comfortable and slept well where I usually struggle in most places. This is a great stay if you're looking to explore a quieter part of rural Galveston.

The view is wonderful from the deck of this small house . Bring your extras to make the stay more comfortable. The kitchen extras aren’t many. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular
