It is a great little beach house. Comfortably fit my blended family/friends of 10. Beachfront. It is near a beach access but not right next to. We didn't have any trouble with overcrowding. There was some trouble at checkin but it was a vrbo issue not the host, he made sure everything was good. There is a washer and dryer, charcoal grill, plenty of beach toys. Bring your own beach towels, the towel service was plentiful but didn't include beach towels. We will be back as soon as we can.

This is a great location right on the beach. The house is older and there's a lot that comes with that. The floors feel like they are going to fall through. Some doors don't close. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags and only one kitchen towel. None of the knives are sharp enough to cut anything with. Oh, and there are rats in the house. The rats ate through two bread bags and one of the rats got stepped on in the middle of the night as someone was going to the bathroom.
