Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything that one normally uses at home. The owners are on-site and are kind and generous people. We really enjoyed the decks, view toward the river, and fruit trees. This is really a lovely place.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting.

The property is beautiful and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The host were very nice and we appreciated the welcome cheese and grapes platter and the chocolate candies too. The house has everything you need and more, the hosts thought of everything. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

The only thing we didn’t like was the cabinet over the bathroom sink as we kept banging our heads on it when we washed. Everything else about the property was excellent.

Amazing place to relax

Amazing little cottage in a very cute town in Oregon. It was exactly two miles to the beach but also close to a cute river. The amenities for children were incredible, including tons of yard space and toys. Very well stocked kitchen and easy place to stay.

Sher and Doug are friendly, helpful and lovely people. This location was perfectly comfortable, quiet, serene, beautiful trees and meadows.. close to the beach and river trails for hiking. Everything was perfect.. easy to cook in the spacious well stocked kitchen.. beautiful comfortable bedrooms.. comfy couches to lounge on.. washer and dryer.. wonderful shower and tub.. plenty of hot water.. I can not say enough wonderfulness about this place.. pleased!

The property was quiet, comfortable, and well-provisioned, and the hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. I loved being so close to the coast and the charming town, while staying just a short drive uphill among the trees and away from traffic. I will plan future vacations around availability of this property!

It would have been much better if I had planned a longer stay. I will do better next time!

We had such a good time.

We were close to all of the activities we planned in and around Gold Beach. Since we were inland a bit we were out of the wind. There were lots of outdoor games and places to sit and enjoy. Great views. The owners were super helpful. It was very spacious and we had every kitchen item known to man.
