Nice quiet place to relax after hiking and good location to Harbor ,Brookings , Chetco River and coastal trails . Peaceful deck to unwind.

This place was amazing! Everything within a short minutes drive. Beds were super comfy. Felt like a home away from home. The landscaping of this gem was beautiful. It gave us ideas for our own home. Highly recommend this home if you’re vacationing in the area.

Comfortable last minute stay. The house had good space and amenities for our family and 2 dogs. The fenced yard and outdoor seating area were very pleasant when the sun came out. There were are few minor negatives...one bathroom shower needed a good scrubbing, the kitchen could use a deep clean and the garbage and recycle bin (overflowing) were full when we arrived. It is in a quiet neighborhood but on a steep hill with a narrow road (not a good dog walking or walkable nieghborhood).

Wished we stayed longer. The house is very spacious and really liked the floor plan. We took one little dog. Nicely fenced in yard. The deck was amazing! Wished we remembered wood for the fire pit. Nice family home. I’m an early riser and like to get ready for the day without bothering someone sleeping, the master bedroom/bathroom that is impossible.

We our time there! Very pet friendly! There was awsome communication with ppl managing the property! Was such a cozy homie place... My daughter enjoyed playing some of the many games there with her kids.... Thanks for having such a nice place to stay for my family that came from Iowa! 💗

Very comfortable. Well supplied, amenities were good. Wonderful to have washer/dryer. Overall very pleasant.

Property and accomodations were good. The only problem was the east bedroom beds are wore out and need desperately replacing.

This little house was very cool and unique. We're a family of 6 and it functioned very well. It was well located. We visited the beach, the dog park, both rivers, and of course, Dutch Bros. The beds were comfortable and the rooms sizable. The couch suited us all as well. Our children loved playing hide and seek in the yard. It was very private and quiet. We enjoyed being able to sit in the sunroom and listen to the rain fall or catch the little patch of ocean through the trees. Our preschooler stayed in the alcove off the main bedroom and enjoyed sitting in the desk chair, watching the birds and squirrels in the yard. She went out every evening to watch "her sunset" from the deck. The one thing I would echo, from a previous review, is that there are several elevation changes. Step downs into the living room, up to the dining room and into the alcove in the main bedroom, as well as on the decks outside. We have a freshly walking baby and it took some navigating, but he figured it out in the end and quite liked the challenge. Just something to be aware of if you have an unsteady person in your party (young or old). We will definitely stay again if it's available! It was a great house.

Took my dog and 7 year old son on a road trip, stayed here for two nights to break up the drive - pictures don’t do it justice. There was MORE than enough room inside but can I just gush over the backyard for a hot minute?! It was perfect!! The sun hit just right, the patio and gardens were beautiful, and the fire pit was a great way to cap the evening. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to all those looking in the area!

This is our second time here and it’s a perfect little place to escape to Brookings! Fully stocked kitchen and lots of amenities!

Great size and beautiful yard. We did have a fly problem however.

We really enjoyed the space, comfort and privacy. We instantly felt at home and there was everything we needed. The back room had a queen and twin but the front was a full and twin. Originally we were told there were 2 queens. One part of the online listing said queen in both rooms and one said full in one room so I called and was told two queens. Overall, it was great!!

The location of this property is great! Close to services, and near the farmer's market. It's less than a five minute drive to the beach! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet. The outdoor area is enchanting - beautiful new decking with a lovely outdoor table and a fire pit for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. And the large windows made the place bright and cheerful. Communication with the property management was very prompt! If someone has mobility issues, this might not be the property for them. There are various levels inside (areas with a step down or up) and uneven flooring, and the beautiful decking is multi-leveled with no safety railings. This was not an issue for us, but should be taken into account by others. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This property was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed with ample cookware and utensils. The gardens were fascinating to roam through!

nice quiet getaway on the southern Oregon coast. have stayed here several times starting to feel like our own little summer vacation home from the hustle and caseous of home life in California. very convienet to shops and beaches. home is nice and spacious and functional and very quiet along with the fenced yard for our pup. only downside from this trip was some issues with the cleaning crew . 1 floors were not mopped. 2 stove top was dirty. 3 shelves in refrigerator were a bit dirty. Wifi was weak and was not able to watch Netflix. I did let property management know of issues and hopefully will be resolved upon our next return visit. overall nice place to relax and decompress will be returning again .

We loved the property; the only problem we had was that was one weird bathroom!

The property was not secure for our dog. It did have a gate that was easy to push open. We arrived to a bay of trash torn open outside and the backyard was not cleaned up.. table and chairs a mess etc. However, the home worked great and location was awesome. Inside of the home could be a little cleaner.

Bigger than expected, close and easy travel around town, good house for a family

Our vacation was for our Grandkids birthday. We were very impressed with the amount of room there was. There were 6 of us and two dogs and we were all very comfortable. The natual lighting was amazing, so bright and cheery. The kitchen to dining room to living room layout was great and spacious, to give plenty of room to visit. Master bathroom shower is very beautiful. The new deck is beautuful and situated perfectly to enjoy the entire yard. The home is nestled perfectly and so quiet and secluded. We absolutely loved every aspect about this home. I am ready to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, private, relaxing home. The outdoor patio and flower garden was magnificent. There's a peek at the ocean and the location is convenient to Brookings Harbor. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The obviously well loved home made us feel welcomed and relaxed as we reconnected with family. It was nice to have private baths in both of the bedrooms, however it could be awkward with the extra beds and baths within the bedrooms depending on who's traveling with you. Ideal for close families. We loved it.

This house is as adorable as it looks in the listing. It's comfortable and roomy. We loved the fire pit in the yard, the dogs loved being able to roam the yard and we loved knowing that they were safe while we hung around the fire. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to make a home-cooked meal on your vacation. The showers were both amazing. Comfy beds, comfy big couch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

It was a quick and unplanned trip to look at a house. This was an easy rental, accommodated dogs, had all we needed!

We really enjoyed staying in this cute home. Spacious, clean, well stocked. Pictures can’t do this house justice. It wasn’t so fancy that we felt out of place but it is clear that the owners take great pride in their lovely home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
