WINTER RATE SPECIALS- Please send us an inquiry and ask about our special. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home, with a lovely add-on and has laminated flooring throughout the home. The spacious living area, has a stunning kitchen-dining area with plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a small, but unique master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The master bedroom has two steps which drop down to a smaller open room, which houses a twin bed for extra sleeping. In the second bedroom, located on the opposite side from the master, has a twin bed with a trundle along with a full-size bed. The second bedroom has an attached spacious, full bathroom that has a walk in shower.
There's a spacious, fully fenced garden-like yard, covered back yard, and open deck with patio seating. There's also a special fenced dog area, so we would love it if your pet could join you on your adventure to Brookings!

Lovely place to stay in Brookings! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Conveniently located for exploring the beaches, hiking the Redwoods Loop, restaurants, and more. Had everything we needed. Manager was very quick to respond to all my questions. Would stay here again!

It was such a comfortable space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was a great place for the family to gather. And the yard was absolutely beautiful! We all agreed that we would like to stay there again!
