Great location, right next to the promenade, which is definitely a big plus. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant to stay in, although it could use a little refreshing, and the kitchen is quite small. Public transport is somewhat limited because the buses are infrequent, so some planning is needed, especially when returning, or you can walk about 15 minutes to the other bus stops.
The welcome from the host was a little uncomfortable, with quite strict and general instructions regarding the use of the apartment and its facilities. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement, and an additional inconvenience is that there are no basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom or mop, if you want to clean the apartment yourself. With relatively small investments in cleanliness and some renovation, this could be a much better place to stay; as it is, the reasonable price is probably its main advantage.
