Location is Amazing, You need a quick, targeted makeover that lifts the property from “old and neglected” to “location‑appropriate, high‑quality Airbnb” while keeping your amazing staff.
The house is old and desperately needs a makeover. It has to suit the location. It was not well cleaned, curtains dirty, couch also, Staff is Amazing and responsive but needs an urgent revamp to suit location and quality for Airbnb

The sea view was amazing and the beach is very close. The property was very clean and had all the basic utilities that is needed for your stay. I reported the aircon that was broken in the main bedroom and they arranged for it to be fixed the same day. Small walk to the main beach and shops is not too far. The complex was very clean and neat.
Some basic maintenance is needed on the whole unit, a lot of small things that need attention. There is no dishwasher as mentioned in the description and facilities. The fridge/freezer is a bit small for a long stay and some of the freezer drawers is broken. The dining room chairs needs some padding or replacement.

Great sea view, easy access to keys, comfortable lounge seating area and well fitted kitchen area. Parking close to unit and safe.
No response from contact number provided for queries. Exit button on remote not working. Aircons leaking in main bedroom and lounge, had to move to other bedroom. Sliding door from loumge to balcony not opening. Security gate of main bedroom cant lock. Braai facility on balcony below par. One bathroom where shower located needs maintenance.
