Minsu (Ekocheras)

Everything is fine including public transport, shopping and for fun. The home just suitable for 5 guests.

- There are no separate bedrooms for sleeping. - There are no private rooms, it is only suitable for families, or for groups of women or men. - For mixed-gender gatherings among friends, it is not suitable. Also, the space is not ideal for 6 guests.

Nearby the MRT station, the staff was fulfilled my requirement immediately, full of facilities

The dust smell when I arrived, WIFI instability, the pillow at the sofa is quite dirty, the cleaness can be improved a bit more

Well kept and maintained apartment. Safe security and the mall has lots of food and services options. Good hot water pressure and wifi. Comfortable beds. Apartment has aircon and ceiling fan so circulation was good and cool.

Internal coordination and communication could be improved. Management agent was not aware owner did not pay monthly maintenance so we were blocked from entering the unit. The security guard let us in that night but told us to ask owner to resolve the next day. They moved us to a new apartment the next day. We booked a unit with two futon beds but they did not communicate internally so it was not set up. We arrived at 9pm and had to call them a few times to bring over at night. To Minsu’s credit they attended to both issues to resolve. Would be good if they could provide two access cards and keys for groups with more guests as we might split to go different programs and do not have to wait for the person with the only key. The washroom can install a water heater for two bathrooms with shower. Cant be helped but the car park is very confusing. Could do with more and better labelled signs.

Okay but parking is only for one car and the access is terrible.

The owner asking details which are not up to the standard of privacy. Deposit returned are late, more than 3 days. Not even a sorry.
