The host’s communication was incredibly poor. They never answered their phone, and their text responses were consistently delayed. I had to initiate every single conversation to get basic information. There was no proactive guidance or "Welcome Guide" provided. I had to ask individual questions for every basic necessity: where the bin area was located, how to access the parking, and even the specific location and access details for the apartment itself. ​Being left in the dark like this made the entire experience stressful. I would not recommend staying here if you value clear communication and a smooth check-in process.

Easy check in and owner was easy to communicate too.

楼下厕所放置洗衣机的沟渠味道很重 希望之后可以改善 而且墙壁也是有水渍 希望可以粉刷一下 还有就是我预订时看到的房型布置与实体不一致 照片显示本来应该是两个双人床在楼上 但去到房源才看到客厅一个双人床 楼上一个双人床 不是很开心 靠落地窗口的床头桌子和靠近客厅的木椅子不是很牢固 因为桌脚开始有点幌了 另外，床垫感觉有点旧了 因为躺着就可以感觉到弹簧了

The location, building facilities including the guard, gym, pool are good except the occasional breakdown of the elevator.

The apartment’s furnitures are old. The sofa is small, armchair is in barely used condition and the beds are in not comfortable state, you nearly sleep on the spring rather than the cushions. The amenities inside like toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel are only left with minimum although my booking duration is for 2 weeks. Luckily the staff replenished it fast upon my request.
