Easy check in and check out procedure. The view at the swimming pool is nice.

The access card of the unit is not sensitive. We always struggle when we are trying to scan the card in the lift. It could be the lift problem because other residents seem to have the same issue. The unit is not really that clean. The carpet is obviously stained and not being cleaned. The pillows are flat. The furnitures in the unit seem old and some are going to spoil. The small table in front of the projector is unsteady and would wobble. The design on the wall has already worn out. The room even has some fishy smell. But this is not the worst part. We book the unit for the karaoke player set up. The management side does not check the functionality before we check in. In the end, they just tell us that they cannot do anything because the karaoke player is spoilt and it cannot be replaced because it is from China. No extra set can be given to us because other rooms with the karaoke player are fully booked. We give them more than 8 hours to fix the problem since morning time. The management side replies slowly on the enquiries. When we ask whether the karaoke player is fixed, none of them reply. I have been added into a group with 7 different phone numbers from the management side but I cannot see the efficiency in replying the messages. At last, no solution is given. We compromise to sing by playing Youtube songs without the karaoke player. Here comes another funny part, the batteries of the microphones are out of power. There are more than 10 units of used batteries in the drawer but none of them work. This is honestly a very bad experience for us. We will never come back. For those who want to have a stay here for the karaoke set up, I suggest to think thrice.
