Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking and common area washer and dryer. . There is NO FIREPLACE in this unit. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $260 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE

We enjoyed our family vacation. We had a fun time playing the board games in the evening. The location was an easy walk to Gondola 1 and we were close to everything. Lee and the Property Management team were easy to work with and we thank them for helping with a couple special requests.

The property, although dated, was satisfactory, clean and well equipped.
The Primary Queen Mattress was badly coffee stained and no effort at remediation had been made.
The gas fireplace does not work.
Convenience of loaction excellent.
