About this house rental
Vail Row House is located just steps to Bridge Street, Gondola One and Vail Village. Directly across the street from Buzzs Ski Shop. This is the best location you can have in the Village. You wont want to stay any where else in Vail after having stayed here!
This town home backs up onto Gore Creek. One assigned parking spot in front of the unit. Recently completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and there is a large wood burning fireplace and a gas grill on the front deck. Bedding is king and two twins; queen bed; two twins. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great location in the village and a comfortable house. Well stocked kitchen and it was great to have a wood burning fireplace and a grill. Vail Realty team was easy to contact and responsive. We would stay here again.

Unbeatable location right at the heart of the Village. A 2-minute walk to the main gondola lift, close to restaurants shopping, and gear rentals. Unit was clean and as advertised. Very pleased with our experience, particularly as it was our first visit to Vail.
