About this apartment rental

Vail International #310 is a remodeled upper level condo with approximately 1600 square feet that faces south towards Vail Mountain. The kitchen has been updated with all new electric appliances and a new washer/dryer in the entryway. There's a new live edge dining table with views to Vail Mountain. All three bathrooms have been remodeled recently. If you like to wake up to coffee to start your ski day, you can brew it in the standard 12 oz coffee pot in the kitchen with the coffee and filters that are provided. The main level includes a living room, dining area, gas fireplace, 55" flat panel TV, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. There is a balcony with two chairs that faces to Vail Mountain off one of the bedrooms. You can watch the sun come up on Vail Mountain.

The primary suite is on the second level with vaulted ceilings and includes a King bed, private full bathroom and a small sitting area. The sitting area features a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a flat panel TV. There is a south facing balcony on this level that has views to Vail Mountain where you can see the sparkling snow on the trails.

This unit can sleep up to 8 people in 7 beds making it an ideal home for a large family or 6 - 8 people who want to stay together and each have their own bed. It is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.


On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men's and Women's steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for up to two vehicles for guests of this unit at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.

Everything about the condo was perfect from all the small details like plenty of hooks for coats to plenty of plug ins for devices to big details like the condo was very clean and there were enough towels and pillows for all 8 of us. The only bummer was employee Bryan who approached us aggressively in the hot tub (we had just stepped in at 8:45) at 8:55 and told us to get out. He wasn’t nice or even willing to hear that our form said hours were until 10pm. He was rude and mean.

Everything on the listing was accurate, the space was well appointed and thoughtfully put together. As long time Vail-goers this worked out perfectly for us. Would stay again!

There is NO air-conditioning in this condo. The owner does not say that in their listing, but if you are coming here in the summer, you want to know.I wish we did. We arrived at 4:30 and it was 82 degrees in the condo. They give you a few fans, but two fans were broken and the screens on the windows were half missing or with big holes. We called the front desk, but they left at 5 and the answering service was useless.We sweated the first night and didnt sleep much. Also, no deadbolt, which makes one nervous when the workers can use their key to come in at night. Otherwise, condo was in decent condition and its a prime location.
