About this apartment rental

Vail International #402 is a 3BR+loft/3BA condo with recently updated gas fireplaces in the living area as well as the primary suite. You'll be sleeping on new Nectar Premier Hybrid mattresses with therapeutic gel infused memory foam. Your feet will enjoy the heated floors in each of the bathrooms. The kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinets and all electric, stainless steel appliances. There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. There is an in unit washer/dryer in the entryway. The condo has a dining table that seats up to 8 people and looks towards the sliding glass door that faces to the west. 4 barstools provide additional seating at the kitchen counter. There is also a living room with a new gas fireplace and a flat panel TV.

All of the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, giving this unit a very spacious feel. On the main level, the first bedroom has two twin beds and a 32" flat panel TV. There is a loft above this bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The hall bathroom is across from this bedroom and has a stall shower. The 2nd bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed, a 32" TV and a west facing Juliet balcony. The en suite bathroom has been recently remodeled with modern tiles and has a walk in shower. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a King bed. It is much more than just a bedroom, as it also has a sitting area with 2 couches, a recently remodeled gas fireplace, 40" flat panel TV and a Juliet balcony. The bathroom has been updated with modern tiles and a walk in shower. There is also a loft above this bedroom that has two twin beds. It is accessed by a ladder. The loft spaces are not suitable for small children or anyone else with mobility issues.

The location of this condo is ideal, right between Lionshead and Vail Village. Walk to the west and you'll be in Lionshead Village in 5 - 7 minutes where you'll find lots of restaurants, shops and the Lionshead Gondola. Walk to the east and you'll be in Vail Village where you'll find more unique restaurants and shops. The free in town shuttle stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condo building. Your family will enjoy this condo for your next summer or winter vacation in Vail.

So many beds! It’s kind of hard to tell from the photos but there are interconnecting lofts above all of the bedrooms so there’s a lot of space for people to spread out. This unit is on the top floor. Quiet, clean. Well stocked kitchen. Close to Lionshead but easy access to Vail Village.

Great location and perfect set up for our family. The parents with 2 toddlers were in the master suite upstairs and the other 4 adults were downstairs. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Will stay here again!!
