About this chalet rental
Detached house next to the center of Granada, with private parking for two cars, with garden terrace. It has two floors separated by stairs. Ground Floor (Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Patio, Terrace-Garden). Upper floor (3 bedrooms and bathroom). Central heating and air conditioning. Flat Screen Television. DVD.
Nearby there is the possibility of hiking, horse riding or strolling through the center of Granada, and visiting the Alhambra if you need to use a vehicle.

It is an environment surrounded by large trees, very close to a river and hiking trail, similarly it is very close to the center of Granada (Cathedral 15 minutes walk). It is very well connected with Highway Exit and Entrance (To go to Sierra Nevada or Costa de Granada). It has very close Supermarkets, Cafes, Hairdressers Health Center and all kinds of shops. Also several bus stops in the same street (at the door of the house).

You will have all the housing (house) for you.

El propietario muy amable y nos aclaró todas las dudas desde el primer momento. La casa tal y como se refleja en los anuncios.

Para el precio que tiene me parece excesivo. El Chek in genial. Tuvimos un pequeño percance que debido a las goteras del cuarto de baño de arriba (previamente el hombre nos comentó que el plato de ducha estaba rajado, pero que si teníamos que utilizarlo que lo utilizáramos) empezó a gotear por la bombilla de el cuarto de abajo y nos quedamos sin luz en la planta de arriba, mientras que en la planta de abajo se iba la luz y volvía de vez en cuando. No estaba muy limpio y encima tienes que dejar una fianza de 300€ y no de 200€ tal y como ponía en el anuncio. Muy caro para tan malas condiciones. Jose Antonio el propietario encantador.
