A place with potential, but some things need improvement

The apartment is in a very good location, but it definitely needs refreshing and better maintenance. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The listing mentioned complimentary toiletries, however there was only hand soap available in the shower. The bedside lamp in the bedroom did not work either. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady was not informed that I had extended my stay by one hour, so she entered the apartment while I was working online, which was quite uncomfortable. The furniture feels very mismatched and random, without a consistent style. The shower also clearly needs new seals, as the current ones look worn out and impossible to clean properly. Although there were dishes, coffee and oil available in the kitchen, there was not even a small cabinet or shelf in the bathroom to place personal items, which made everyday use inconvenient. The only real positive aspect was the possibility to extend the check-out by one hour.
