About this apartment rental
Apartment, refurbished in February 2015, second floor without elevator so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Three rooms and two bathrooms. We have a 100-liter water heater, so in case you want to shower six people in a row, take a quick shower, as the hot water could run out, and you would have to wait a few hours until it heats up again .
Air conditioning in living room and two bedrooms. The third has a radiator.
The master bedroom has direct access to one of the bathrooms. It has a double bed 150x190, with colcón of latex and viscoelastic pillows.
The other two bedrooms each have two beds of 90x190 and HD vicolástica mattresses and pillows viscoelastic core.
The rooms come with sheets, comforter, bedspread and one set of towels for each tenant.
A spacious living room with a table for 6
people, LED TV, armchair and sofa.
The kitchen adjacent to the dining room with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven microwave-convection resistance, induction cooker, toaster, blender cup, kettle, juicer, coffee maker senseo Italian envelopes, pans, pots, cutlery and dishes for 6 people.

Monopoli and cards.
It has parking space, but is not suitable for large vehicles. There is also a public car park 270m.

Overall great place. It didnt impact us, but it is on the third floor of an older building (no elevator) and the bathrooms were quite snug. The apt itself is nicely renovated but still has the old character of the building. The property manager was very responsive and gave us recommendations for places to check out.

Great place to stay. Clean and well stocked. 1 km walk to Alhambra, uphill, but no more than 20 minutes. Bus number 30&32 out on the street will also take you up. Underground parking was a huge bonus. The only other thing to consider is that the apartment is located on the third floor and no elevator, not a problem as the staircase is wide, but a consideration is you have problems with stairs. Overall great stay and great value.

Nice apartment. We only stayed two nights. We should have stayed a third night or arrived earlier oN a check in date. Apartment was comfortable and a out a 10 minute walk to what is know as the triangle area of Granada.
