The location is super nice and you can basically walk everywhere from here. The appartment was nice and big and has everything you need - you can even cook there if you want.

The process of getting your room is a mess... Nobody will answer you on booking.com messages and provided WhatsApp contact with auto-message after the booking is completed also ignores you... You get the codes to the location literally 10 minutes upfront possible check-in time so you will be super nervous if everything will work out as nobody answers you - there is also no staffed reception to help you - everything is fully automated and made to have zero effort with you. I was very close to contact booking.com and cancel everything as nobody talked to me in any useful way. I was also told to do an online check-in via a link that should be sent to my email address - after giving them my mail address for that I got nothing, even after asking back twice - super awkward and suspicious if you ask me. Despites that.. Everybody can into your appartment from the outside if you don't close the window lids / covers - but then you will have literally zero natural light whatsoever. So, if you want some privacy, i hope you don't need any sunlight

Good layout, felt new, really liked the courtyard which has a great potential with possible garden improvement.

Lack of coffee pods😪 I know it’s not a European thing,coming from Canada it’s a necessity. Improve communication with booking.com for guest making reservations.

Very good location in central Granada, but still very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed for the short stay, even a vending machine in the common area with some basic refreshments and pods for the coffee machine. The assistance over WhatsApp was very responsive.

Nothing dramatic, but I would just feel a bit more comfortable if I got the entrance code a bit earlier. It got sent after I asked about it maybe 30 min before I was supposed to arrive. I presume there is a reason for this, but I have a feeling this could be a problem for a tourist with an unreliable internet connection when there is no one to welcome you.

The lack of coffee/tea, toaster. The most unpleasant thing that made us want to leave asap, was the sewer smell emanating from the bathroom continuosly for 3 days. Ours was Apt 3, main floor.
