The location is awesome. The rooms are a nice size and set in the rice paddies. You can eat on the premises.
The beach shack got ruined in the floods and it was such a great place to eat breakfast and watch the surf.
Some basic maintenance in the room needed attention. Super easy things to fix leaking water & the door needed a bolt to lock it in.
Bar fridge in the rooms would be amazing.

Cheap prices, restaurant nearby with good food
No surfing, long walk to the restaurant and breakfast. No real reception.
