Umah Arya Homestay

Komang and his wonderful wife Wayan were exceptional hosts, the room was clean, comfortable. I got served breakfast and dinner out front of my room, the location was spot on as I wanted to check out all the waterfalls in the area. The ensuite was sizeable but a few steps away from the room, I'm guessing it was added later.

No fault to the hosts but there were some roosters who were vocal in the morning but it was outside Ubud, more rural area, it was ok, kind of added to the whole family feeling.

Travelling with my son, we wanted to experience an authentic village life and to be part of Balinese culture. The Arya family did so much to please us. We had lovely home cooked food every day and watched the family do their ceremonies. The property is kept at high standard, very clean and the veranda offers a nice view to the garden with beautiful Frangipani trees! If this is the experience you are looking for only choose Umah Arya! The town is also centrally located to reach different destinations with Grab or private driver.

Es war wirklich wunderbar! Sehr schönes Haus und Garten, super nette Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, perfekte Lage. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Alle sind so nett und man kann viel über das Leben in der Region lernen. Wir haben die Gegend mit einem Roller erkundet, was super möglich ist da der Verkehr dort sehr entspannt ist. Ansonsten kann man aber auch zu Fuß einige der wunderschönen Wasserfälle erreichen. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten.
