A cozy place

Self check in. Really nice room. Very clean.

No handwash and body wash. No linen was available for the 3rd bed.

Lovely and comfortable stay

Property was very clean and we liked the passcode doors. Didn’t need to carry a key, even though one was available. They also brought us a crib for our baby, which was lovely of them and helpful for containing him, but he preferred sleeping with us. Wifi was excellent and TV had a lot of options, unfortunately all dubbed in German, but that’s the way it is in Germany.

The two beds pushed together were very light and would move very easily, making it hard to ensure baby was safe while sleeping. The pillows were also too “empty” in regards to stuffing.

Fabulous, you won’t regret this one!

Everything! This place is brilliant. staff are super friendly, helpful and responsive. Super clean, comfortable, desk, secure, easy access with lock box, total privacy, great internet, fridge that works and coffee making facilities as well as off street parking! This place ticks all the boxes and then some.

It was a bit of a way to get to Koln but really just a 7 min drive and 10 min train so not too bad.

Passable

The room and the bathroom was nice and clean. The window opened for fresh air. The room was labelled non-smoking in many places, but smelled strongly of smoke. I suspect the curtains need to be cleaned or possibly the chairs, because the bed didn't smell like smoke. The emphasis on nearly naked women in the art was a bit much, especially since it was hung so it reflects in the mirror--every piece of art twice. We appreciated being allowed to park on the property. There was a clean fridge and coffee maker with coffee which we didn't use, but looked nice. The shower was nice and abundant hot water and multiple towels per person was a nice touch.

It's a relatively cheaper place in the Pulheim area. Room and toilet was clean. Coffee, tea, and refrigerator facilities in the room.

Had to wait for over 40 mins outside because it was clear how we'd be able to check in.

Very clean, well-looked place to stay at. Hosts were super friendly and an own coffee machine secured a good start into the day.

Für eine nacht ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung.

Die Dusche war neu gekachelt und ausreichend groß.

Leider ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite erhalten und weil das Fenster nicht dicht ist, konnte man den Verkehrslärm gut hören. In der Dusche war die Wandhalterung der Handbraus lose. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und die Betten stehen unter einer schiefen Dachneigung. Für große Menschen nicht ideal.

1. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet 2. Betten waren ok 3. WLAN problemlos nutzbar

Kein Sleep-Timer im TV einstellbar 2.Als wir ins Zimmer kamen roch es stark nach Nikotin (frisch und alt), lag allerdings wohl am geöffneten Fenster zur Straßenseite hin und dem Qualm der von den Rauchern unten heraufzog. Im Zimmer schien zuvor nicht geraucht worden zu sein 3. Sehr laute Türen die immer wieder zugeschlagen wurden 4. Pin muss schnell eingegeben werden anfangs, damit sich die Türen öffnen, wer nochmal nachlesen muss bekommt dann "rotes Signal" - Mit Schlüssel dann alles wunderbar 5. Hohes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Unterkunft ohne vorhandenes Personal

für uns die gute Lage und das einfache einchecken

leider wurde bereits vermutlich vorher bestandene Rohr bzw. Fliesenschaden nicht vollständig behoben - Reste von Fliesen und offene Wand ca. 40 x 50 cm haben das ganze etwas getrübt. Warten noch auf die Frage und das Angebot von 15 % bzgl. Bonus bei erneuter/nächster Buchung was auch unverzüglich stattgefunden hat - neue Buchungsnr. vom 26.09. - 03.10.25 bekannt . danke

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit bequemem Self-Check-in – rundum ein super Aufenthalt!

Alles war super! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fand ich den Self-Check-in, das hat reibungslos funktioniert und war total bequem. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Hotel położony przy drodze nad lokalami usługowymi. Trochę głośno. Niedaleko piekarnia i sklep spożywczy. W pokoju aneks kuchenny. Pobyt dobry na 1-2 noce. Wygodne zameldowanie za pomocą kodów. Parking na miejscu przy ulicy.

Brak mydła w łazience, brak jednego kompletu bielizny pościelowej.

Buchungsbestätigung kam schnell. Kontaktloses einchecken.

Alles Fenster waren kaputt, ließen sich nicht richtig öffnen, Flecken auf dem Teppich, Bettlaken, Geschirr dreckig. Waschenbecken verstopft. Sieb vom Wasserhahn der Badewanne kaputt, musste mich kopfüber in der Wanne waschen und Zäjne putzen. Fernbedienung vom Fernsehen funktioniert nicht. Tischbeine locker.

Muy buena Experiencia

Las instalaciones excelentes. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, aunque no hay mucho por hacer, el restaurante que queda debajo es muy bueno (Buena comida a buenos precios) la parada del bus hacia el centro histórico está a 200mts. Hay un supermercado muy bien puesto con cosas muy típicas alemanas a 250mts.

Hay que planificar mucho el uso del transporte público porque no pasa tan a menudo. Para volver el último bus pasa a las 20.30hs, por lo que si no llegas hay que caer en tomar un uber que no es tan barato.

Sensationelle Unterkunft! Zur Überraschung waren super moderne Pantryküchen vorhanden, die auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen waren – perfekt für einen spontanen Kochabend. Die Willkommensnachricht enthielt bereits alle wichtigen Infos, sodass keine Fragen offenblieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 👍🏻

Die Besitzer waren unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Frühstück gibt es dort nicht, aber eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und eine Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, muss man mögen.

Sehr nettes Hotel. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke somit war das Frühstück auch kein Problem.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Leider ist das Bad sehr klein. Vielleicht beim nächsten mal etwas größer. Unser Zimmer lag hinten daher kein Straßenlärm. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Gerne wieder.

Sehr preiswerte und sehr saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Gäste mit einem tiefen Schlaf.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für reine Übernachtung auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Der Kühlschrank unter Wasserkocher etc. waren eine sehr schöne Zugabe.

Leider fehlen an der Badewanne Haltemöglichkeiten. Es sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass zumindest in Zi 4 keine Duschkabine zur Verfügung steht sondern "nur" eine Wanne. Ist für Personen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit zu rutschgefährlich. Leider fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit an einer Bettseite. In der Lagebeschreibung sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse liegt und sich gegenüber eine katholische Kirche mit stdl Geläut von 7:00 - 1 Uhr befindet.
