10 minutes and I was out of there!

Literally nothing.

The receptionist was supposed to be at the desk until 10pm. I showed up at 9:30pm and no one was in, while it was freezing outside. Walking to my room, I heard literally everything from each room. I got into the room and it was not what was advertised online at all. It smelt so bad, too. Like… it smelt like a literal stale urinal. I stayed for maybe 10 minutes and immediately booked another hotel and left. It was so disappointing, but that’s my fault for letting my friend book a hotel without fully looking at it. There is so much potential with this property, especially with the location and outside ambience, but the owners here are coming up extremely short. The price makes sense.

I advised them I ll arrive late They approved the request online and even like that they changed me 20€ when I arrived in the property And also the noise, you can listening everything from outside

Hotel in restart phase, No facilities but very good location. Good room with all needed. Because price was low it was a good value for money. Do not expect anything beyond that.

Close to the station in Pulheim, so perfect for us who arrived by train. The rooms in the new wing of the hotel were very nice, we also used one 3-bed room in the old part, which was darker but spacious.

Old , worn out,dark and even the clean sheets could not give the place a hygienic feel.

The equipment and cleanliness need improving

The room was big enough. this is perfect for a family with 3 children.

There was no curtain on the windows, which also means a lot of light from 5am. There was dust. Most of the lamp bulbs were not working. There was no personnel on site but they were available on the phone and trying to be helpful remotely.

Convenient location, spacious and stylish bathroom (double room).

Although advertised, there was no breakfast to be had. No staff available on site and no reception open. Booking for two guests were canceled by the hotel due to plumbing issues. There were also issues with the check. Additional costs were requested in addition to already paid fee over booking.com, but then later corrected by the hotel.

Beautiful place, nice spacious cozy room, outstanding beds, free parking right there on the front of the place, it was a really relaxing stopover

The bed was comfortable and clean. The toilet and the shower the same.

The receptionist was not there. It looked like a lodge. I texted the man with 1 hour before to let him know when we were coming. There was nobody at site, lights off. I ringed him and find out our key was in a locker. We managed to go upstairs, the heat was off, cold room and we paid for a family room 2 adults and 2 children but we had to sleep in a king bed. The pillows were huge. I had to bring our pillows and duvet from the car to sleep better.

Seltsamer empfang an der Rezeption

Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war seltsam. Man hat uns unterstellt, wir hätten für einen anderen Tag gebucht, obwohl ich die Bestätigung vorgelegt habe. Es war eiskalt im Hotel und es roch sehr muffig. Nach einigem hin und her sagte man uns, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen müssen
