It is very convenient to all the places that I needed to go. Otara, botany, pakuranga, silverpark, manukau etc It is a house with individual rooms that have automatic locks with your own unique password. It felt very secure. I booked the quadruple room with Ensuite, toilet, bathtub, and shower which was beautiful and big, and had awesome water pressure. A double bed with 2 single beds which was perfect for my 3 adult sons and me. The single beds were high off the ground, luckily my sons are tall. There is a jug, microwave and little fridge outside the rooms in the hallway kind of space, felt like we had to be as quiet as we could as not to disturb others that were there. The house was fully booked, I think there are 4 rooms upstairs where we were. There is a kitchen and lounge downstairs that is shared, my sons took advantage of the lounge to watch TV. They wanted to sleep in there but I think the owners live there too? Overall it is a very clean place and felt safe and secure. Parking is outside the property on the street. The host was always ready to answer any questions through txt or call. We just needed somewhere to sleep while we were visiting auckland, this was ideal for us. Thank you

No aircon but had a stand-up fan. It was very hot in the room but luckily we were out during the days and were only there to sleep. Parking, I was born and bred in Otara, Where this place is, it is situated in more safer part of east tamaki or the new builds if that makes sense. Usually all privately owned and no kainga ora homes in this area.

Very comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable and clean. Thought I had booked a motel but turns out it was a two storey apartment with shared kitchen and lounge downstairs. Parking is outside on the street next to the apartment. Great wardrobe and excellent bathroom. I was the only one staying so was very quiet.

The bathroom was amazing. I think maybe a little bar fridge in the room would have made it complete. Very tidy, nice house.

Half my fault but I did not realise it was one house with bedrooms as seperately lock rooms and a share kitchen overalll. Reading it back, yes it definitely states shared kitchen, but I think it needs to say it’s an actual shared house with separate rooms

Wld I return? Never in a million light years!

The place was spotless

Bedroom lighting. There were four down lights. Switch 2 on [ the minimum possible] and it felt like an interrogation centre … switching 4 confirmed it! Ludicrously bright! Even worse you had to get out OUT OF BED to switch them off. NO BEDSIDE LAMP! Bedside switches too far from bed and cabinets needed to be moved forward to access. No ‘solid’ blind over bathroom window … the frosted glass may be sufficient in daytime - but certainly isn’t at night … with the extraordinary bright lighting it gave an uncomfortable feeling tt you could be readily observed from outside AND .. the double electric socket on the wall very close to bathroom sink I regard as dangerous and WOULD BE ILLEGAL IN UK. I suspect it may be ILLEGAL IN NZ. Should be a proper insulated shaver socket at very least. I would have preferred a sheet and a duvet- not just the duvet.

Wonderful stay in a modern, comfy and clean house.

My first time staying in this style of accommodation where you have a private room and bathroom but share the kitchen area. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and rarely encountered anyone else, in fact on one evening we were the only ones staying in the house. We loved having the use of the modern, clean kitchen and living room. The whole house was incredibly clean and the housekeepers were very friendly. Shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away and the bus stop is 150m from the front door, super convenient location.

The first time ever staying in a space like this, I highly recommend it was amazing, very clean, and immaculate, definitely worth the money.

There was nothing to fault on this beautiful home, just that it was very hot and I was surprised they had no air con.

Really nice and new interior. Also very clean. Bathroom was huge and the highlight for me.

Was missing some sort of coffee machine/maker. Also, my room was facing two roads and there are planes in landing mode overhead non-stop so it's a bit noisy.
