Let's Go! This is a PREMIUM NEW TO RENTAL POOL CONDOMINIUM, located in the Phase 1, Rubi 403 at Las Palomas. It is tastefully decorated with all amenities, the kitchen if fully stocked, the living room and both bedrooms provide 55” Flat Screen Smart TVs. The best yet, both bedrooms face the pool area with view into the beautiful Sea of Cortez. For our little guests this unit offers an extra bedroom with a single bed which makes it a 3 Bdrm for the price of a 2 Bdrm. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping accommodation. You will love this new to rental pool unit but see for yourself by visiting the provided Photo Gallery.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) and the PLACE TO BE. It offers an on-site reception, Bellboy Service, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs, Lazy Rivers, a Waterslide for our little (and large) guests, Pool Towel Service, Poolside and Palapas Lounge Chairs with optional face shield. A Swim-Up-Bar servicing the pool and palapas areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHERS:
Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in will get a 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before check-in will get a 50% of amount paid.
Cancellation within the 7-day cancellation period NO refund.
No Refunds for no show or early departure.
No refunds in case of eviction - ZERO tolerance policy.
- All cancellations or change requests must be made via e-mail.

- Late Check-Out only with prior authorization by front desk.

The property was great beach just past pool kids loved it beach water was nice and warm in September at low tide we looked for shells and crabs etc bring a tube for the pool slide for kids or to go around the pool long one this was are first time to rocky point I’m 49 I wished I didn’t find excuses not to go before. No problems will go again

Condo was beautiful. Great views. The third ‘bedroom’ bed was not very sturdy, not really meant for an adult. Would be great if the pull out sofa had a ‘topper’ as it wasn’t very comfy on its own. Kitchen was well equipped and made feeding everyone very simple. Gorgeous patio with great views!!!!

With disgust and concern, I must recount the ordeal my family and I endured due to the negligence of our host, Veronica. She completely forgot to secure our reservation, and upon arrival, we were not found in the system. Exhausted and frustrated, my family spent a grueling two hours in the lobby with no response from the host. Our attempts to contact VRBO customer service resulted in over an hour on hold. When we finally reached them, it took an unbearably long time for them to contact the host. My wife approached the concierge, Mr. Juan B. (I regret forgetting his last name), a very kind gentleman who informed us that our reservation was never entered because the host forgot. Mind you, we had booked over a month in advance. To make matters worse, the unit had been booked two days into our stay, meaning we would have had to move regardless.
Juan eventually found us a smaller room for one night while the host attempted to rectify the situation. As we were settling in, the host had the audacity to text and ask what I wanted to do. I provided my cell number, requesting a call, which never came. The next day, we were forced to vacate our room again. Finally, the host contacted the front desk and arranged for us to be accommodated, but only for three of the four nights. Consequently, we had to move yet again.
A day and a half of our vacation wated. While we have always enjoyed our stays at the resort, this experience was horrible due to the hosts error!
