About this apartment rental
Newling remodeled entire 2 bedroom Princesa Condo, Unit E302. Private patio with West Facing Sunset Ocean Views. Just steps away from sand in your toes and a jump into the ocean. Resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, volleyball court, and newly remodeled gym.
Master Bedroom has King bed and attached recently bath. Second bedroom has Queen bed with hallway bath. Lovely full kitchen with granite counters and counter seating. Hacienda dining area with bar. Comfortable living area with gorgeous views. This condo has free Wi-Fi.
Guest wrist bands available at resort. Smart Lock condo check in.

Princesa De Peñasco is a beautiful resort located in Sandy Beach right on the sea of Cortez. The restaurant, Colin's Cantina is located on property and is a favorite spot for locals as well as visitors.
Gated community with adequate free parking. Resort amenities are accessible with guest wristbands.
Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
Princesa De Peñasco is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

John was excellent to take care of us. The condo is roomy , clean and nice all the way. Perfect Ocean view, located at the beach. Nice pools with bar pool. We will come back for sure.

While the property is in excellent area and very close to water, everything inside in a dilapidated condition. Shower barely sprat water, the toilet is not attached to the floor and emits foul smells, utensils in the kitchen looks like they were found in the landfill. Everything is so cheap and poorly maintained one wonders if the owner even want people to stay there. Surprised, disappointed and frustrated.
