In addition, this resort is conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

Experience comfort and convenience in this inviting space that comes equipped with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. The unit features a laundry room, hall bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, and Keurig machine. Perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Kick back in the cozy family room, which includes a smart TV for your entertainment. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom provides ample space for a relaxing retreat.
Step outside to the roomy patio area, complete with a dining table that overlooks the picturesque grounds. The unit is tastefully decorated with a modern, light, and airy beach theme, and includes smart TVs in both bedrooms for your convenience. Guest Access:
Upon arrival, make your way to the Casa Blanca guard gate, where you will check in and receive your parking pass. The friendly staff will provide you with directions to the D building, and you'll find ample parking right in front of your unit.
Take the elevator up to the 5th floor and step just a few short paces to the door of your condo. You'll gain entry with your door code, which you will receive prior to your arrival.
If you should need any assistance during your stay, don't hesitate to contact Andrea, who will be more than happy to help you with any issues that may arise. And rest easy knowing that the resort is staffed with 24-hour security to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!

Our family of four humans and 1 four legged friend LOVED our stay in this unit at Casa Blanca. The hosts were excellent and proactive communicators, which was deeply appreciated because we came during the time that the Lukeville border closed. Casa Blanca is a phenomenal place to stay - we came in December and the heated pool was perfect for 6 and 7 year old! The condo staff was professional and I have to say my wife and I have never seen a property better taken care of. We will certainly be back again!

This property felt like home away from home! With more than enough space for our family of five, several pools, lots to do on property (putting greens and beach volleyball court) and an amazing new restaurant, we had all that we needed for our 4 day weekend! Host even had putters and golf balls available. Thank you so much for hosting us, we had an amazing, unforgettable stay!

We brought our Labrador with us for a weekend getaway and the accommodations were perfect for our trip. The resort was very dog friendly.
