You will LOVE Princesa! Princesa is a waterfront resort located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store and Colin's Cantina Restaurant on site! Great family atmosphere!

* Primary renter can be 18 and up
* Keyless entry & easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo with your digital code. No keys!

We loved our stay at D209! It was our first trip to Rocky Point from PHX. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was just a few steps away and the beaches were amazing. So happy we stayed here and had a great first experience! Hope to be back soon!
