Newly remodeled condo with all new furniture and appliances in Casa Blanca, Sandy Beach area.
Take a short walk through the Resort’s pathways surrounding the eighteen-hole putting golf course and get to the sandy beach. Enjoy one of the three Resort’s pools on the edge of the beach or just sit back and relax on the condo’s spacious patio with a wonderful view of the town and Sea of Cortez.
Condo has a comfortable layout and is nicely decorated and equipped for a perfect stay.
This nicely decorated 2 bed 2 bath condo is fully equipped for up to 7 guests.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed and private bathroom with double vanity sinks and stand up shower. The Guest bedroom also has a King bed, private closet and guest bathroom across the hallway. There is queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin sleeper chair in master bedroom.
Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all new appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, blender, toaster, crockpot, traditional coffee maker, dishwasher and a full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a new Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink.
Condo is equipped with private, Wi-Fi, smart TV’s, air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer in laundry room
Our Resort and home are also pet friendly.
Maximum occupancy in this unit is for 7 people
Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

Early check-in (standard is 3:00 PM) depends on availability. It’s free starting at 2:00 PM. Earlier arrivals require a fee for rush cleaning:

Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.
Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA
Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.
Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo.
Upon arrival turn on water heater in laundry room
Access internet with network and password on router
Make sure that all guests are wearing Resort wristbands at all times during your stay.
Keep sliding doors closed when AC/Heat is turned on.
Follow Resort rules posted on the refrigerator.
Respect your neighbors, no music or noise after 10:00 pm
No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
Trash must be taken to garbage containers in parking lot of each building. There are extra trash bags under kitchen sink.
Owner closet is off limits.
If you have a pet, please follow the pet rules...
Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.

The balcony is very spacious with a nice view of the water. The hosts were easy to chat with via the site. Well appointed. You’ll have everything you need. Quiet community. Nice size condo. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best condos we have stayed in Puerto Peñasco. Security was awesome they never once question us on bracelets like other resorts do. The views were breathtaking waking up to them was the best and sitting out the balcony in the evenings were also amazing. Condos are spacious and well maintained and comfortable to stay. Love the self check in and all information necessary for our stay. Only downfall is they should reinforce dogs barking policy at night and teenagers renting up till 4 am partying and cause disturbances.

It was an ok stay. I was bombarded by security and I think the manager claiming I was having a hardcode 20 people rager or something. It was really annoying and unnecessary. They threatened to evict me and that’s truly not how I want to spend my vacation. I paid lots of money just like everyone else and it seemed unfair to be hounded like that. I mean they were blowing up my phone and I got like 5 emails. It was crazy. I stayed at the resort like 2 years ago and it was fantastic but this time was unsettling my anxiety was through the roof they said they’d be watching me which was uncomfortable. I didn’t like this particular experience. The resort is fine the pools are fine. Just that mishap put a damper on my entire stay.

Although we had a little trouble with check in process because it was our first time renting through VRBO we were able to contact the property manager and he provided all the information we needed. Our stay at the property was very comfortable and had such a beautiful location with awesome views of the beach from the balcony. I would definitely want to rent the same property when we visit Mexico in the future.
