Great location, clean and comfortable
Parking underneath the building was a tad tight - but understandable

La vue, le lit très confortable et la surface du logement assez grande. Réactivité du gérant.
Le check in pourrait être amélioré, ce n'est pas pratique d'aller chercher les clés ailleurs que dans la résidence (5min en voiture) surtout quand le code de la boite à clé fournis n'est pas le bon, on a pu etre dépanné en 1 heure après avoir joint l'assistance. Pas non plus pratique de laisser les clés dans l'appartement lors du check out et de devoir descendre les 8 etages par les escaliers car il faut un badge d'accès pour accéder à l'ascenseur. Aussi il est à mon sens inutile de demander une caution remboursable de 350 NZD pour ce type de logement. Poubelle et tiroir de lave-vaisselle cassé à notre arrivée.

- central location - underground parking - well equiped kitchen
- main issue: the bed - very uncomfortable, and I had a long 13-night stay. The staff did try to help by providing extra toppers, much I appreciated, but unfortunately this did not solve the problem
