Location, location, location! Beach chairs and n umbrella provided, a washer/dryer in unit and the double sink was separate from the shower/toilet - ice for multiple guests. Between the bar stools and table/chairs there was easy seating for six. The bunk beds, which I tried out for size, would fit an adult but height wise (between the bottom and top bed) recommend for kids. There is a Tom Thumb a few streets down for emergency food or beach supply runs.
The pool isn’t the largest but neither is it crowded, so we used it almost every day.
