The hotel is modern and very nice designed, the location is very good, close to everything. The room was large and the beds were comfortable, with a nice view and great isolation. The spa facilities are great. The Executive Chef was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. We had a great time at the New Year party.
When we arrived in the evening to the hotel, we got a room with the broken window. After we complained, we’ve been moved to another room, which was an upgraded one with a balcony. The air conditioner was not enough for heating the room and it was pretty cold since it was a very cold weather and strong winds. The room service was not professional, however the food was excellent.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the furniture was modern and stylish, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding, especially Luka, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.

The facilities is very nice, great indoor pool and sauna. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful.
We came an hour after check in time and the room wasn’t ready, we had to wait one move hour and then gave up and took a room in a lower floor.
The massage was shorter than it’s supposed to be.
At the second day we went out and come back to the room at 5pm and have no cleaning service but they had time to send us a guy to check if we took something from the mini bar..
