Very nice room, a lot of space, great view of the black sea. The pool and spa area were very nice. Really nice and comfortable bed.

The water stream is pretty weak, temperature often fluctuates between very cold and very hot. Kind of lackluster breakfast. Pretty sure the housekeeper stole my girlfriend's Calvin Klein shirt, couldn't find it anywhere while packing.

Very hospitable. Good service on high level. Friendly personal. Excellent facilities

Found a dirty make up sponge under the sink in the bathroom which wasn’t mine. Maybe room can be cleaned better

Hotel is relatively new, located in New boulevard area, next to big shopping center, it is relatively quiet compared to city center. Has good view of the sea and the city.

- Definitely not 5 star hotel. Has very small lobby with bar, but doesn’t serve anything but coffee. Staff is friendly but not professional - when checking-in the administrator gave us room key in already used, stained, almost teared key holder. When i asked for the new key holder, she apologized, that she forgot to change it from previous visitors( in my opinion she didn’t forget, she just didn’t care) - Room seemed nice and new but had terrible smell from the bathroom. The carpet had stains in multiple places, especially few fresh stains that were right in the middle of the room ( that looked like dog poo or curry stains). There were crumbs on the floor and tabletop and bedside tables were not clean ( there were stains of chocolate and sticky cup rings all over the place) . We asked for room change but they didn’t change it as all the rooms were occupied as they told us ( but i highly doubt it). then we asked to clean the room which they did. - We stayed for three nights and they cleaned room only once ( and they don’t clean countertops! - hotel has only one restaurant on their building that works only for breakfast. Other restaurants that they advertise as their own - are outside the building and is just common restaurants on the street. - hotel has only closed swimming pool on their own premise with spa, which is fairly good. But an open swimming pool is outside their building, without any view on the sea, and is shared among residents of buildings that are next to this hotel. So it’s not hotel property and is crowded by random guests.
