Terrible view from the window, and yet in the booking they write “garden view”.
This is awful and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. On top of that there is no air at all — it’s not just that there’s no view of the garden/courtyard. The view is of horribly noisy pipes, and there’s no fresh air outlet whatsoever. Disgusting.
At breakfast the coffee and tea are disgusting instant stuff from teapots, even though there’s a coffee machine right there and proper coffee costs extra.

Это ужасно и недопустимо для 5 звезд отеля и при этом там нет воздуха, там не просто не вид на сад / двор. Там вид на ужасно шумные трубы и нет выхода с воздухом вообще . Отвратительно
На завтрак Кофе и чай отвратительный растворимый из чайников , при этом там же есть кофе машина , и нормальный кофе за деньги.

The hotel would be an 8, but unfortunately the level of smoking in and around the hotel 24/7 made us feel like we're staying in an ashtray. Was hard to fall asleep with this smell despite moving to another room and closing the windows completely.
The staff was nice, the location is great, just have to fix their smoking policies.

Staff were mostly friendly. We had a bad encounter with casino staff.
Food could be better.
There is no private parking as stated in description.

Upon arrival, there was only 1 packet of green tea, no coffee, no cup. This is really not up to 5 star standard. They replenished it after we informed the front desk.
Hotel is within town center with very limited parking.
