Останавливались второй раз в этом прекрасном удобном месте. Чисто и очень заботливые сотрудники ресепшен и менеджер бронирования.

On the positive side, the apartment was spacious, modern, and generally clean. The reception staff were especially helpful—they responded quickly to the issues we reported and did everything they could to help us during our stay. We really appreciated their effort and friendliness. Unfortunately, many of the problems seemed to be related to the building itself rather than something the staff could fix.

Overall, our stay was okay, but it was a bit disappointing considering that the property is quite new. The hotel is surrounded by several construction sites, so it was noisy throughout the day. Unfortunately, our room overlooked one of the construction sites, which meant we had both an unattractive view and constant noise. Although the room looked modern and new, the quality of the finishes and maintenance was not what we expected. It felt like some corners had been cut during construction. When we arrived, the stove wasn’t even connected, with exposed wires sticking out. On our first night, the bed collapsed in the middle while we were sleeping, which was definitely not a great start. There was also a constant unpleasant smell coming from the sink drain (siphon). If we closed the bathroom door while we were out, the smell became even stronger by the time we returned. One day, the entire building lost electricity for almost the whole day. This meant no elevators, so everyone had to use the stairs. We were staying on the 10th floor, which was already exhausting. I really felt sorry for the guests staying on the higher floors, especially those close to the 29th floor. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but surprisingly there were no regular dinner plates—only bowls—which made eating meals a bit inconvenient. Another thing to be aware of is that the apartment doesn’t provide basic kitchen essentials. You’ll need to buy your own dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and other basic items if you plan to cook. The facilities also didn’t fully meet our expectations. The indoor pool was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to swim, and the showers by the pool weren’t working because there was no running water.
