Great location if you want to walk to the sea or central Batumi. Also the main bus station is super close. The owner is very friendly, sweet and helpful. I loved the balcony that’s part of the upstairs apartment and the kitchen was practically equipped.

The location was good. Off course, It wasn't expensive so we can not have a lot of expectations. The host were kind.
(January) It the "apartment" with 3 beds, I was very cold (i wasn't allowed to heat the house at night, I don't know if it was for economic/security reasons). There was not hot water for the shower. If you aren't too demanding in terms of temperature/overall appearance of the device, it's a good deal, otherwise add few euros to rent an Airbnb.
