Amazing stay — spotless, well-equipped apartments, a perfect location, reliable high-speed internet

Misa is truly a super host. I’ve never met someone so dedicated to exceeding guest expectations. He goes above and beyond to ensure every stay is exceptional — from keeping the apartments spotless to making sure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival. The location is excellent — just 2.8 km from the city center. If you have a car, there’s a private parking spot available, with plenty of street parking nearby for additional vehicles. Public transportation is also convenient, with a stop only 30 meters from the apartment. Right next door, you’ll find a bakery and a cheese shop, while a small grocery store is just 50 meters away. For larger shopping needs, two full-size supermarkets are within a short 500-meter walk. During the summer, the building provides refreshing shade, and the cozy balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors. For those who enjoy cooking, each apartment comes fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and tableware. The spaces are bright and airy, and for those who value privacy or need to nap during the day, window shades are installed to block out sunlight. Each room includes TV and cable, along with high-speed internet. I stayed for 12 days and worked remotely during the afternoons. I had zero issues with Zoom or Teams calls, even during peak hours — the bandwidth is excellent. For the price, you simply won’t find better accommodations in Niš — or even in all of Serbia. Misa takes pride in keeping his apartments top-rated and ensuring guests return again and again. The photos I’ve attached don’t do the place justice — you have to experience a stay here yourself. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with M4U Apartments.

It was nice International Jazz festival and now is European paragliding champoinship.

Good location with nice view of the City. Was able to by breakfast next door. Host ask me every day if I need something.

The real meaning of feeling like home away from home

The host, Misa, is doing miracles for his guests. We felt really special and cared. The room was just great - facilities, cleanliness, comfort - are at top level. The kitchenette has all equipment you need - even more. There is wide variety of multilingual TV channels and good Wi-Fi. This is the most quiet room we had booked ever (and we are travelling a lot!), so we had a perfect rest. There is a nice parking lot into the yard, which is plus as well. Thank you, Misa! Keep smiling your guests, we hope to visit you soon!

The best value for your money...

Misa, the host is great. He connected with me a few days before my arrival. On arrival, Misa greeted me at the appartment, gave me a tour, and handed me the keys. On ocassion, he checked with me to make sure everything is up to my satisfaction. The place is very clean. Next to the appartment are bakery and grocery stores. The bakery sells all of kind baked goods, and the burek is delicious. The city bus stop is only 30 meters away. The place has one parking spot available, but you can park on the street as well. On my next trip to Nis, I will again stay in M4U.

Best stay ever

Liked much the hospitality, and yet professionalism of the host-an amazing person. Facility is amazing-brand new, equipped with a taste, and seemingly with lots of care and love when details considered. Place is quiite, private, and yet the feeling is like staying at your own place. Compliments to the owner!

Great conditions of accomodation. Everything was clean and area was calm. The host is very helpful (he helped us when our car broke). Definitely I recommend this place for short and for long time of staying.

This place is just amazing, so it is his owner.

The place is totally new, decorated with lots of love and attention to details and to the needs of the trourists by the owner, who is a totally warm and welcoming person. Everything was so amanzingly perfect and the host gave us the warmest welcoming during our 3 weeks road trip through Europe. I totally recommend M4U apartments and its owner. P.S: The property has its own parking place and a nice terrace towards a beautiful garden.

Lokacija odlična, miran deo grada, blizu autobuske lako je doći do centra. Soba je odlična, ima sve što treba, vc je odličan, osvetljenje isto odlično, terasa izlazi na dvorište, mnogo je lepo sve. Gazda je mnogo dobar i fin čovek. Sve preporuke!
