Great value, comfortable apartment in convenient location with a fantastic host

Excellent accommodation

Everything was great, especially the view of the city. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Forum and Lidl. The apartment had everything we needed even we only stayed one night and just wanted a place to sleep. Igor is very kind. I highly recommend the apartment

Short stay in Nis

Everything. The owner was very friendly and welcoming since very beginning. Studio is situated at the top of the multistorey building, so you can experience a fabulous view of the St. Sava park nearby. Everything is clean, ice cold air condition, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Even washing machine available if you need it. Apartment is cosy, feeling like home. Thanks again!

Spectacular view of Nis

The host Igor is a fantastic person and has created a wonderful apartment with a spectacular view from the tenth floor. The location is super convenient near the center, mall, restaurants and coffee ☕ shops and using the free ticket buses you can reach any area of the beautiful Nis.

Everything was great, our host met us at the airport, told us about nearby stores and lots of other useful information along the way. The apartment smelled like cigarettes and was a bit dusty, but the view from the window is just magical and it outshines everything. Also the apartment had all the kitchen utensils we needed and was always warm. The location is close to the center and near a beautiful park. It was a wonderful stay, I would go back.

Very kind host and spacious room

The owner Igor was very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious and the views overlooking the city were nice. There is a 'balcony', which is more like a closet with a window, which was nice to open for airflow. I appreciated the convenient free parking and having laundry in the unit. It is also very close to food markets, a mall that is maybe 5 minutes by foot, and downtown is an easy 20-30 minute walk.

Everything was good, but having towels larger than hand towels for showering would be nice. Also, this was not an issue for me, but if people have mobility issues, the elevator stops at the 8th floor which means you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the 10th floor apartment. I did appreciate the elevator though!

Everything. Igor, the host couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was just what we needed. Clean, tidy, and bright. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect place in Nis

Amazing place and amazing host. The Host was around when we arrived to the city and gave us a ride to the apartment. The apartment has everything and is near the center (30 minutes walk or you have bus station 2 minutes walk) near a shopping center and a park where you can exercise.

Very good

The apartment is looked better, than it is on photo, located in a green area, a little bit far from centre - about half an hour walk. It’s quite big: the main room is a bedroom & living room with TV & air conditioning, kitchen contains stove, electric kettle, kitchenware, free coffee, the bathroom includes shower & washing machine. A nice view from the window. There is no balcony, but there is a window on the roof. The owner is very friendly.

As the apartment is on the attic, you can hear how elevator mechanism is working. Bed linen was a bit rough, but there was a second flat sheet under the blanket. There was no spare toilet paper roll, and the one that was already incomplete, so control your bowels
